How to claim your XP

  1. Launch your game
  2. Go to Settings → Enhanced Headphone Mode Configuration
  3. A QR Code will appear on screen — scan it with your phone
  4. Tap "Get Immerse XP" in the page that opens
  5. Sign in with your Embody account to sync your points automatically

How do I redeem my XP?
Once you have enough XP, scroll up to the Redeem XP section, pick a reward, and you'll receive a discount code to use at checkout on embody.co. Every 100 XP = $1 off, and you can stack as many rewards as you want on a single order.
I already have Immerse — can I still claim XP?
Yes. If you're using PC Standalone Software (Immerse Gamepack FFXIV, Cyberpunk 2077 / Witcher 3, Hive, etc.), scroll up to Already Using Immerse?, enter the email you purchased with, and we'll sync your XP automatically. If you use an In-Game Integration like Call of Duty or Sea of Thieves, launch your game and look for the QR code under Settings → Enhanced Headphone Mode Configuration — scan it with your phone and follow the steps to sync.
I don't see my points after a purchase or activation
Points usually appear within a few minutes. If it's been longer, make sure you're signed in with the same email you used to purchase or activate your Gamepack. Still missing? Visit embody.co/help and our team will help you get it sorted.
Do my XP points expire?
Discount codes generated from your XP expire after 365 days if unused — but your XP balance itself does not expire. If a code expires before you use it, your points are returned to your balance automatically.
What are the player tiers and what do I get?
There are three tiers — Listener (0–299 XP), Pro (300–799 XP), and Master (800+ XP). Pro unlocks 15% off your next Gamepack and early drop alerts. Master unlocks 20% off, limited merch access, and Double XP on purchases. All tiers are lifetime — once you reach a tier you keep it.
Can I refer friends and earn XP?
Yes — scroll up to the Refer a Friend section to get your unique referral link. Your friend gets 10% off their first purchase, and you earn 150 XP once their order goes through. There's no limit on how many friends you can refer.
