This Spatial Audio Profile is sometimes referred to as an HRTF, or Head Related Transfer Function, which is a function of human head & ear size & shape. The Universal Profile integrated in Call of Duty uses an average head and ear size and shape. This free Universal profile will work for the majority of the players.

You also have the option to create your own Personalized Profile based upon your unique head and ear shape.
